Rajiv is a serial entrepreneur & promoter of RML AgTech (www.rmlagtech.com), which is an Agri Decision Support Technology & Data Science Company for Growers in India. RML AgTech provides end-to-end solutions to growers through its app, customer support centre & on-the-ground interventions from crop selection to marketing of the crop. Before RML AgTech, Rajiv built and ran an online fresh produce & grocery business in Mumbai (India) GVPL www.greencart.in for almost 3 years which was both highly differentiated in its offerings and capital efficient model, which he later sold off and exited. Before starting his entrepreneurial journey, he was Consumer Line Head for India at Tata-AIG GIC (Property & Casualty) where he turned around the consumer line business and enabled the company to become a leading player with a high on productivity/ profitability matrices. He is an expert on launching new businesses and setting them up successfully to achieve full potential. In his earlier stints he has worked with Reliance Communication and Vodafone India from the early stages of their business. He earned his graduate degree in Industrial Chemistry from University of Delhi and Masters in Management from the JBIMS, University of Mumbai. Rajiv loves adventure sports and is an avid marathon runner along with a passion for off-road cycling. One of his hobbies is storytelling to small kids!!
