Ryuta joined NEC Corporation after graduating from university in 1986. In 1991, he married a colleague who just happened to be a farmer's daughter. After working at NEC for ten years he moved to Japan Microsoft Corporation. He was involved in the lauch of Office 365 a cloud-based service, as well as in the establishment of Microsoft's Agricultural Club. In 2013, he took up positions at both Cybozu Co., Ltd. and Dunk Software Co., Ltd. He was subsequently contracted to NK Agri, where he is involved in the cultivation of lycopene ginseng and studied the cultivation of rice used in paella for the Japan Paella Association. He is also active as a "multiple work" evangelist for future work-styles.
I hope to contribute to new styles of teamwork that go beyond the organization of producers, consumers and distributors.
