Masayuki received his Ph.D. from Tokyo University of Science, Graduate School of Pharmaceutical Sciences. He previously worked at the Cancer Institute of the Japanese Foundation for Cancer Research as a special researcher, and at Kikkoman Corporation as Manager of the Biochemical Division Functional Ingredients Group. He currently works at the Farm to Wellness Club (Delica Score) Secretariat as FSSC / ISO 22000 Food Safety Team Leader, and is qualified as a Junior Vegetable Sommelier, Dietary Adviser, and Class I Sanitary Administrator. Based on the realization of nutrition / functional display of fruits and vegetables and cooking science, his aim is for corporate management to make use of the "flavor and health of food".

My aim is to improve supply chain efficiency and build a new value chain based on a vegetable quality evaluation index delica score.
