Atsushi designs agriculture for everyone through the fusion of agriculture and welfare. His aim is to enable anyone to enter the industry and he currently manages a farm that employs 80 works aged from 18 to 80, of whom 23 have disabilities. He is aiming to create a social farm that links agriculture, welfare and corporations through collaboration with a special subsidiary.
I believe agritech will lead to major changes in the agricultural sector.
